Benetton Group Tunisia will raise its production to 35 million items this year against 32 million items last year, says the newsletter of CETTEX, the Textile Technical Centre, dated March 2011.

A Group Official indeed denied the rumours on the disruption of Benetton’s activities in Tunisia and the relationship between Italian officials and Tunisian staff.

The group activities in its plants of Sidi Abdelhamid and Kasserine have actually been resumed.
